Don’t buy Bryant!

Purchased three new Bryant units (big house) two yrs ago. In last two wks we’ve had to replace two of the blowers, which are under warranty but to install, $650 each! If we hadn’t purchased the maint agreement it would have been $900 each! Bryant doesn’t make AC’s last last more than two yrs! If they have a warranty it doesn’t cover installation, what a racket ‼

Bryant - Terrible Customer Service
Bryant Evolution Furnavw and AC Unit 9 years old and rusting around the cooling Coil. several service call s later and $ 500 the unit may run a few more months until it's time to recharge. No response from the Management Review Board at Bryant. They just throw the 5 year warranty back at you. Terrible Customer Service.
