Verified Reviewer |Install 6/25. Robust A/C and heating but do not switch between the two and “do not use dry mode
Gonna sheetrock over the Bryant holes.
Buy new non-Bryant/Carrier system.
Temp range > 6 degrees in heat mode.
Puddles on floor after using AC or dry mode and then using heat in the morning.
I bought 4 dry modes.
Remotes are frustrating:
Do not light at night for more than a second so you can use in the dark.
Do not activate units on first try but take multiple tries.
Follow me does not work.
Basically a poorly designed system; the drip pan should drain on gravity, not a pump that does not remove all the water so it ends up on the floor or table or whatever.
- Robust ac and heating
- You cannot use them in alternation without puddles
- Follow me feature useless
- Dry mode useless
User's recommendation: Run

Verified Reviewer4 year old A/C unit failed after 4 years, it’ costing us $4,000 to repair a faulty Coil!
It's like buying a new Lexus. After 4 years, the motor blows up; they'll replace the motor, but you have to pay to get it fixed!
This is my second and last Bryant unit I'll ever buy!
In fact, we'll give it another year, then replace the whole system! Corporate greed is out of hand!
- Do not back their products
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: NOT A BRYANT FURNACE

Verified ReviewerBoth compressors broken down within two years
I purchased two new Bryant air conditioning systems in December 2023 for my two-story home. The upstairs air conditioning compressor failed in January 2024, and the downstairs one also failed in December 2024. The labor cost me over $3,000.
- Bad product
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do not purchase Bryant air conditioning systems as they are unreliable.

Verified ReviewerNot worth the money
In the first three years that I had it something major came happen on it. I raised *** I refuse to pay for it now its been 10 years and now theres a buzzing outside maybe the condenser maybe the fan I do not recommend.
I thought this would last me because I am now retired, but I doubt it will. America and China products are crap.
I definitely would not buy a Bryant system.
User's recommendation: No No
Failed blower and board on 2 year old Furnace/AC System
Complete HVAC system installed in April 2023. Broken by July 2025.
No AC in August and at the rate things are going no heat in the Fall.
Finding a contractor to repair has been painful. No one wants to fix a system they did not install because "they don't make any money on warranty work." The contractor can't even fix and give the parts invoice to the customer to make a warranty repair claim. Also, the installer can only be a "certified Bryant dealer" i.e.
have credit clearance with distributor to purchase equipment and listed on their website.
Utilizing the warranty for warranted parts - extremely painful
Purchasing Parts - painful - can only purchase from the same distributor who sold the unit. Reputation difficult to do business.
Lead time for warranted parts - long and incapable of providing a real time ETA.
And the KICKER - existing parts have to be sent back for inspection to determine if it is a legitimate claim and if rejected you are out of pocket for the parts (costing over $2800) plus the labor to install for a TWO YEAR OLD FURNACE .
PS Carrier and Bryant are basically the same company buyer beware.
If I had $20k of disposable income, it would be easier to install a brand new system.
It certainly does take your comfort to new places and NOT in a good way!

Verified ReviewerWhen it costs what you charge it should last more than 2 Years
The compressor quit working after very use. Why do I have to write more than obvious
And then you waste my time to get a 100
- 2 years service
User's recommendation: Buy a different Brand
*** poor customer service after the install.
I recently had a warranty job on my 3yo unit. It needed a capacitor which my husband told the dealer that installed the unit.
They came out an replaced said part as my husband told them it needed. The tech told us it was under warranty.
Now I am getting a bill for $226.80 (Diagnostic Charge $100 and T613747 Warranty run cap / shipping/ paperwork $126.80). What kind of BS is that? When I called Bryant they said all they provide is the internal part.
No labor, no service call, nothing. But they will not let the homeowner install either.
User's recommendation: *** POOR customer service!

Verified ReviewerComparable with this part?
Hello I want to know if you guys have this exact part number for a flame sensor Lh680533 I saw you guys have similar part number but ending with 534 is it still compatible with my part?
Shed some light on silly reviews
Im reading how bryant is getting review bombed because their unit ONLY lasted 21 years??!!
Seriously? 90% of the crap like TRANE only lasts a few years before the coils are shot with a catastrophic failure.
Maybe youve set your standards to GOD level reliability or youre really just that ignorant of how systems typically last. Please can we get some honest and real reviews instead of the garble Im having to read of idiotic homeowners with space level expectations for their more valuable dollar than anyone elses.
User's recommendation: Don’t trust reviews or internet anymore. No one seems happy or honest these days.

Verified ReviewerNo full warranty on heat exchangers if you are not first homeowner
Im a second owner of a house that has a Bryant Unit installed.
The heat exchanger broke after 21 years of installation.
The heat exchanger has 44 years warranty , but ONLY if you are the first home owner.
Second home owners lose 24 years of warranty . So now the heat exchanger needs replacement (2000$ worth) and i lost it by 1 year since now the unit was installed 21 years ago.
User's recommendation: Not fair to say product is bad , it did last 21 years . But customer care is horrible and make no sense . So i would avoid working with them
Terrible unit
Have 2 year old ac unit that has had nothing but trouble. First lost heat after 1 year, fan motor after 2nd year, now unit still not running properly.
Parts are warranted but service call fees are adding up to thousands. Wish I had purchased a different unit from a better manufacturerdo
User's recommendation: Don’t count on new unit lasting very long!
