Bryant in Monticello, Arkansas - Piece of junk

purchased and installed bryant hvac system thru local contractor 8 yrs ago with 10 yr warranty on parts, so far have spent $900.00 in labor due to needed repairs. at that I could have installed Trane or Goodman. 2 more yrs on parts warranty then I will move up to better unit. would not reccomend purchasing Bryant or Carrier which I am told makes bryant in some foreign country.

Don’t buy Bryant!

Purchased three new Bryant units (big house) two yrs ago. In last two wks we’ve had to replace two of the blowers, which are under warranty but to install, $650 each! If we hadn’t purchased the maint agreement it would have been $900 each! Bryant doesn’t make AC’s last last more than two yrs! If they have a warranty it doesn’t cover installation, what a racket ‼
