Had to replace a coil on a newer Bryant furnace - installed in my newly built home and less than two years old. I purchased a service contract to have it maintained every six months.

Contacted HVAC company that installed and they advised of bad coil and this is rare and should not have happened. My cost was $450. I contacted Bryant’s Customer service department and was told to provide proof of maintenance and repair bills and they would get back with me. Several phone calls emails by me in follow up and no replies.

I provided all documentation they requested.

Finally after 4 months was basically told sorry can’t help you because we didn’t install or maintain it. Horrible service, horrible products that I will never buy or recommend again
