Bryant Heating and contractor will not communicate on repair of failing furnace

Purchased new Bryant 355MAV furnace installed on 6/4/04 by Comfort 1, Jackson, MI. On 2/4/05 furnace shut down and C 1 got it running again but did not understand fault code. I ask for fault code several times since 2/4/05 and told C 1, I would file a warranty repair claim if shutdown happened again. On 1/23/08, furnace shut down again. C 1 did a furnace cleaning and told me furnace is running again.
Contacted Bryant on 2/6/08 and am still waiting for return call. Bryant to provide qualify service at my expense and provide free parts. Does not look like the same warranty I have.
